The Nileshwaram E. M. S. Stadium has been placed under the supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of the Sports Kerala Foundation (SKF) by the Neeleswaram Muncipality, effectively since August 22, 2022. The stadium is extensively built to support multiple sports, featuring a 400-meter synthetic track and a natural football turf that is equipped with floodlights. Additionally, the complex includes an outdoor basketball court and a 25-meter swimming pool. The stadium is constructed with a surrounding gallery that provides seating capacity for 1,000 spectators. The complex also features a three-story building which incorporates rooms designated for athletes' accommodation, as well as halls for conducting meetings and gatherings.
